Check out this amazing new Paralegal job opportunity with GE Healthcare! GE are looking for an experienced patent paralegal to join their IP support team.

 

This position will be responsible for all aspects of IP support, from the filing of patent applications in multiple jurisdictions, diary management, M&A activity, inventor renumeration and completing formality-based actions. Candidates should note that this role will be in scope for the proposed transition of GE Biopharma to Danaher and will transfer to Danaher at close of this transaction.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, practices, and procedures relating to procurement of patents in the UK, EPO & PCT.
  • CIPA Qualification relating to IP Paralegal activities and significant experience of patent practice work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (or extensive experience without a CIPA Qualification).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Anaqua docket management tool.

 

This role would be a good fit for a candidate with a NALP Level 3 Diploma in Paralegal Practice or above!
